Description of a vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Create world class digital function of Smart Financial Operations: Record to Report (R2R) /General Accounting, Accounts Payables (Invoice to Pay) & Fixed Assets (R2R), Accounts Receivable (Invoice to Cash);
- Trade Management and Trade Accounting, Inter Company (R2R), Payroll, Travel & Expense Management, Atlas, Helios, Black line key user/ admin;
- Manage risks effectively (tax, audits, insurance, etc);
- Ensure proper account, health of BS and P&L;
- Conduct structured analysis/reconciliation of financial statement/management reports;
- Review and Approve Period/Quarterly/Annual financial accounts;
- Oversee implementation of Control framework, testing and execution. Co-lead Governance and Control agenda with Cluster Financial Controller and Market Head;
- Partner with non-finance functions at unit level: sales, supply, demand, P&O, etc;
- Support FP&A with ACPD and Overheads Co-Piloting;
- VAT administration as dedicated business process;
- MEDOC system maintenance, as well as for e-document flow.
Requirements:
- Qualification: minimum Bachelor and Master`s degree, preferred in accounting;
- CPA or other professional certification (Preferable);
- SAP (Atlas), HFM, Helios or another ERP systems (Preferable);
- Proven experience with financial statement reporting, understand US GAAP, Ukrainian regulatory requirements, Internal control (Required);
- 5years of experience in accounting (in CPG companies). Strong accounting and finance background with track records of delivering results;
- 5 years of managerial experience. Leader to drive changes and continuous improvement within multiples group in a fast-paced environment;
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret results;
- Good policy, process and control-orientation and experience with ability to drive standards;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Presence in front of senior leadership;
- Fluent in written and spoken in English.
