Description of a vacancy
Requirements:
- University Degree (preferably in the field of engineering, law, business);
- Advanced PC user;
- Fluency in English, including experience in preparing documents in English;
- Experience in procurement and conclusion of agreements - at least 2 years;
- Comprehension of the legal, financial, tax and commercial environment of Ukraine;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing full support in terms of procurement and concluding agreements with contractors to perform the work of the company's departments (according to the requirements of the company's procurement procedure);
- Adherence to the principles and policies of the Company in contract and procurement activities;
- Development of strategies and tactics for concluding contracts that will be fully implemented at all stages of the project and agreed with all key stakeholders;
- Interaction with suppliers on the preliminary assessment of contractual nuances (technical, financial, health and environmental);
- Conducting tenders, negotiating with suppliers, developing a tender evaluation plan, reviewing and evaluating applications;
- Preparation and holding of presentations of submitted applications for the tender committee in order to approve the contract strategy, tactics and recommendations for remuneration to suppliers;
- Compliance with health and environmental requirements in the process of selecting a contractor and their implementation during all phases of fulfilment;
- Getting ready of final contract documentation;
- Support for maintaining a database of concluded agreements;
- Ensuring effective interaction with other departments of the company and relevant departments of Contracting & Procurement Retail CEE / Europe (support for regional projects, implementation of regional contracts, exchange of information).
